Cheesy Eggxotic in which name is taken from its flavor, cheese. 

Eggplant is the main ingredient of this muffin. It belongs to large family of sweet, cheese-based cakes, generally made with soft, fresh cheeses. Other ingredients such as sugar, eggs, flour, and cream are often mixed in as well. Typically, the filling covers a creamy cheese flavor. Cheesy Eggxotic is good for digestion because eggplants are high in fiber. It also contains Potassium, Manganese, Copper, Vitamin B1, B6, B3, B9 and Magnesium. Potassium, a vital mineral that supports our muscular and nervous system and helps in water preservation in blood and tissues. Manganese are needed for the formation of healthy cartilage and bone while on the other hand, out brain nerves and connective tissues depend on copper. An important trace mineral that is stored in the liver, and is a vital component of enzymes needed to break down proteins for rebuilding body tissue.

Depending on its variety, carrots can be as short as two inches or as long as three feet, with a diameter of between half an inch to over two inches.
